Psychoeducational Assessments

Astoria offers comprehensive psychoeducational assessments for children, youth, and adults. This service is provided by a Registered Psychologist with Authorized Practice Endorsement, which means they have been approved by the Saskatchewan College of Psychologists to communicate diagnoses.

A psychoeducational assessment can be helpful for individuals who are experiencing difficulties related to learning, attention, or mental health. Diagnoses such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Specific Learning Disorder (e.g., dyslexia), generalized anxiety disorder, and depression may be given, if appropriate.  Astoria also offers giftedness assessments.
